What Am I Going to Do?

As I am halfway through my senior year of high school I have no idea what to do. Submitting college apps recently did lift a weight off my shoulder but it still doesn't answer my question. The idea of having a career in forensic science excites me but not enough where my heart is dead set on it. I also have the expectation that I have to do something in the medical field, and if I don't will I seem like a disappointment? I'm only 17, how am I suppose to decide the rest of my life when I can't decide what I'm going to wear in the morning. Sometimes I just want time to freeze and let me live freely. No worries or cares, just sit and enjoy the moment without feeling like I'm wasting anytime. Sometimes I wish I had big dreams, just so I can have some type of plan. But I want to live realistically. Is it possible to live realistically and still be happy? I wish that life could be as easy as solving a 48-piece puzzle. But i continue to sit here in the moment, but I am actually wasting time.
